Takka Tape – 75mm

$ 14.13

The printed scale provides reference points at 50mm intervals, allowing installers to set out the pipe at the centres specified on the underfloor heating design. For example, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm centres can be followed using multiples of the printed markings. The tape acts as a visual setting-out guide only. It does not replace the project-specific pipe layout or determine the correct spacing required to meet the room’s calculated heat output. For screeded floor systems Takka Tape is intended for screeded underfloor heating installations where pipework is arranged over a suitable insulation layer or prepared substrate before the screed is applied. It can support the layout of systems such as AmbiTak and AmbiClip. The pipe must still be secured using the fixing method specified for the selected system. Simple installation reference Apply the tape in straight, evenly positioned runs across a clean, dry and suitable surface before laying the pipework. The 75mm width provides a clearly visible guide across the working area, while the 66m roll supports larger floor installations. Follow the project drawing when positioning the tape and pipework, including the designed pipe centres, circuit routes, perimeter offsets and areas that must remain unheated.
