SlimPul® 12mm Sleeve (Pack of 20) – UFH Pipe Repair

A complete 12mm SlimPul® fitting comprises one coupling and two sleeves. Before the joint is assembled, one sleeve is positioned on each pipe end. The pipe is then prepared using the correct P12 expander before the coupling and sleeves are brought together with the pull-fitting tool. The sleeves must be used with the matching 12mm coupling. SlimPul® components of different diameters must not be mixed. The 12mm sleeve is intended for compatible AmbiFlex® P12 underfloor heating pipe. The dedicated P12 expanding head and 12mm pull jaw supplied with the SlimPul® toolkit must be selected during installation. The completed fitting has an approximate outside diameter of 19mm, helping reduce the size of the opening required in low-profile panels, screed or other floor constructions. SlimPul® fittings are manufactured from PPSU engineering plastic and do not use rubber O-rings. The completed connection is therefore assembled entirely through the pipe, coupling and pull sleeves. Each pack contains 20 sleeves. As two sleeves are required per joint, one sleeve pack is matched to a pack of 10 SlimPul® 12mm Couplings and provides enough components for 10 complete connections. Repairs must be completed on straight pipe rather than a bend, and the circuit should be pressure tested before the floor is reinstated.
