SlimPul® 12mm Coupling (Pack of 10) – UFH Pipe Repair

One complete 12mm SlimPul® joint comprises one coupling and two matching sleeves. The coupling connects the two prepared pipe ends, while the sleeves are drawn into their final position using the dedicated SlimPul® pull-fitting tool. The coupling is intended for compatible AmbiFlex® P12 12mm UFH pipe. The correct 12mm jaw and P12 pipe expander supplied with the toolkit must be used when assembling the joint. The assembled SlimPul® fitting measures approximately 19mm in diameter. Its compact profile reduces the amount of screed, panel or other floor construction that must be removed to access and repair damaged pipework. The fitting is manufactured from corrosion-resistant PPSU engineering plastic and does not rely on rubber O-rings to form the joint. SlimPul® couplings can be used to repair a damaged straight section of pipe or join compatible pipe lengths together. This allows suitable surplus pipe to be reused where permitted by the project design, helping reduce avoidable material waste. The coupling must not be installed on a pipe bend. The damaged section should be cut back to sound, straight pipe, and the completed circuit must be pressure tested before the repair is permanently concealed. Each pack contains 10 couplings. When paired with one pack of 20 SlimPul® 12mm Sleeves, the quantities provide the components required for 10 complete joints.
