We hold on dearly to people, things and memories in a bid to deny the change that is happening around and within us. This creates deep pain, fear and an ever growing gulf between us and the world that keeps on moving and changing. Being stuck in the past denies us the joys of the present moment, the simple things like the new flowers in Spring or dancing to a radio tune in our kitchen. It weighs us down with a heavy load. Honeysuckle gently leads us to a place of acceptance where we can acknowledge and release the past. In this process we are honouring ourselves as we integrate all of the experiences that have made us who we are. In this process we become whole again. Releasing the past frees us to discover who we are now, explore ourselves and be our true self in the here and now. The heavy weight is lifted and we are able to enjoy simple pleasures once again. Enjoy the present, notice the magic and look forward to the future. Honeysuckle flower essence is a great ally in practicing mindfulness and meditation. Flower essences are vibrational tinctures which work with the body, mind and spirit in a gentle yet potent way. They flood our system with the uplifting vibrations of nature aiming to lead us to our true nature- inner peace and happiness. Spiral Soul Apothecary flower essences are hand made using wild crafted or home grown flowers. They are created with deep loving intention and are infused with sun, moon, crystal and Reiki energies. These energies are used to ensure that I create the most beneficial and effective product that I can make for you. The flowers used to make the essences are hand picked wild flowers or flowers from my own organic garden. I ensure that many more flowers are left than are picked. I always ask permission of the plant before I use it’s flowers, this ensures that the highest quality of vibrational essence is created as the plant is willing to share it’s beautiful healing energies. Flower essences are taken as drops under the tongue (straight from the dropper) or in a little water. Take 4 – 7 drops three times per day. They are safe for children, offer 2 drops three times per day in a flavoured drink that the child likes. The flower essences contain brandy, used as a preservative, and filtered water along with the vibrational essence of the flowers. Please note: Flower essences are not herbal tinctures or drugs. They work in a potent, yet gentle and subtle, manner which supports and encourages your own emotional healing resources to rise up to achieve wholeness, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and a fullness of living. You may feel the benefits immediately, however often the effect is cumulative. Flower essences are not aromatherapy, they smell of the brandy in which they are preserved. While this product is made responsibly and should be safe for almost everyone it is possible to have a reaction to almost anything. Typically, if you’re concerned about sensitivity you should check the ingredient list, do a small test, and only continue to use it if you like how it works for you. Keep in mind that flower essences rarely but occasionally bring us unexpected feelings that have been known to trigger people with certain sensitivities. If you keep taking the flower essence and allow yourself to feel and release the feelings, it should clear out in a day or two. If your discomfort is too much, stop taking this essence for a couple of days then try again at less frequent intervals or try a different approach.
